- To maintain and to manage seized property and forfeited property in accordance with established procedures.
- To recover identified property through concerted enforcement actions.
- To provide support and advice to related enforcement agencies regarding property that has been confiscated or property to be confiscated.
- To carry out activities and administration of the Division in accordance with the provisions of the law.
