- To ensure office management and administration, including the welfare of members, is in accordance with the regulations in force.
- To ensure that all matters related to the services, facilities, and careers of NFCC members are managed and coordinated from time to time.
- To ensure NFCC's financial affairs are administered and monitored in compliance with the current and enforced circulars and regulations.
- To plan, to manage, and to implement building security which includes civil maintenance, electrical, mechanical and physical security.
