2026 RETREAT PROGRAMME FOR NFCC ADVISORY BOARD & EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

MIRI, 22–25 September 2026 – The National Financial Crime Centre (NFCC) convened its inaugural Retreat Programme for members of the Advisory Board (LP) and Executive Committee (JKE), aimed at deepening inter-agency collaboration across 24 law enforcement bodies to combat financial crime in alignment with the NFCC Strategic Plan 2025–2027.

Officiated by the Attorney General and Chairman of the NFCC Advisory Board, YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki bin Mokhtar, this four-day engagement served as an interactive strategic platform for board and committee members to dissect emerging trends in financial crime.

The retreat featured strategic discourse panels, the Executive Committee Meeting (No. 3/2026), law enforcement presentations themed *"Data-Driven Enforcement: Data is King,"* consultative roundtables between LP and JKE members, and the Advisory Board Meeting (No. 3/2026).

Alongside the deliberations, delegates participated in a field visit to Niah National Park and concluded the itinerary with a commemorative tree-planting ceremony in collaboration with the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) and the Forest Department Sarawak (JHS), signifying enduring synergy and partnership.
