COURTESY VISIT BY THE HONOURABLE DEPUTY MINISTER OF FINANCE TO THE NFCC

PUTRAJAYA, 12 October 2026 – The National Financial Crime Centre (NFCC) received an official Courtesy Visit from the Deputy Minister of Finance, YB Tuan Liew Chin Tong, who was accompanied by an 11-member delegation from the Ministry of Finance on Monday, 12 October 2026.

The purpose of the visit was to present an operational overview of the NFCC's mandates, functions, and strategic roadmap, covering inter-agency coordination mechanisms, information and data sharing protocols, and asset management frameworks essential to repressing financial crime across Malaysia.

The one-hour bilateral session concluded at 11:00 AM with a mutual pledge to deepen institutional collaboration between the Ministry of Finance and the NFCC.
