NFCC BROADCAST ENGAGEMENT AS SPECIAL GUEST ON RTM TERENGGANU (TERENGGANU FM - EASTERN ZONE)

KUALA TERENGGANU, 6 October 2026 – Director-General of the National Financial Crime Centre (NFCC), Dato’ Sri Shamshun Baharin bin Mohd Jamil, appeared as a featured guest on RTM Terengganu (Terengganu FM) to discuss *"Financial Crime Advocacy and the Strategic Mandate of the NFCC."*

The broadcast focused on the core functions of the NFCC in orchestrating multi-agency strategies to suppress financial crimes through structured coordination with various enforcement bodies. During the discussion, he addressed modern criminal modi operandi while underlining the need for persistent personal diligence and adherence to preventive practices so the public does not fall victim to financial fraud.

Upon arrival, Dato’ Sri was welcomed by the Director of Broadcasting for the State of Terengganu, Puan Noriza binti Salleh, symbolising strong strategic cooperation between RTM Terengganu and the NFCC to amplify anti-financial crime public campaigns across the Eastern Zone.
