STRESS MANAGEMENT AND EMOTIONAL RECOVERY TALK

PUTRAJAYA, 20 July 2026 – The National Anti-Financial Crime Centre (NFCC) organised a special talk delivered by Puan Zainab binti Haji Tambol, Principal Assistant Director (Psychological Well-being Subcluster), Psychology Management Division, Public Service Department (JPA).

The programme aimed to raise awareness of the importance of stress management, emotional recovery, and strategies for achieving a healthy balance between work demands and personal life.

NFCC extends its highest appreciation to all staff members for their encouraging participation. It is hoped that the guidance and insights shared will contribute towards fostering a healthier, more productive and harmonious workplace.
